Payment Terms
- Payment is due within [5 days] of invoice date, otherwise the invoice will be scrapped and a new order will need to be placed.
- Accepted payment methods: [bank transfer, paystack or payflex]. If a bank transfer is done, proof of payment will need to be sent to support@lashedsa.co.za with invoice number as reference.
- Payment disputes must be made in writing within [5 days] of invoice date.
Order Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or whatsapp message.
- Refunds will be issued for defective or incorrect products, not including shipping costs.
- Returns must be made within [15 days] from delivery date.
- Products must be in original packaging and in unused condition for refunds.
- Refunds will be determined after product inspection if product is deemed faulty.
Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method.
- The supplier is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs.
- Tracking information will be provided for all shipments.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information.
Product Quality and Warranty
- Products are guaranteed to meet quality standards and be free from defects.
- The supplier will repair or replace defective products at their discretion.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or neglect.
Intellectual Property
- All product designs, materials, and trademarks are proprietary to the Lashedsa.
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
- Customers may not claim ownership or intellectual property rights.
Confidentiality
- Clients confidential information, will not be disclosed, or sold on to other companies.
Changes to Terms
- Lashedsa reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice.
- Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on Lashedsa website.
- Customers are responsible for regularly reviewing terms and conditions.
Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable regulations.
- Customers must provide accurate and complete information for orders and invoices.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring products are used in accordance with instructions.
Termination
- The supplier reserves the right to stop supplying customers who fail to comply with these terms and conditions.
- Termination will be effective immediately upon written notice.
Liability
- The supplier is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
- The supplier's liability is limited to the amount of the product purchased.
Force Majeure
- Lashedsa is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, courier strikes or accidents.
By doing business with Lashedsa, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
